Where will I work?

We’re hiring for schools throughout Massachusetts. Most are in Eastern Mass., within 45 minutes of Boston, including Metrowest, NorthShore, SouthShore, and Boston city locations. Testers can choose where they work. Travel is required to the individual schools where testing is performed onsite.

What will I be doing?

Our testers conduct the full COVID-19 Rapid Antigen testing workflow. Anterior nasal swab collection is required, and test subjects are principally school children (with some adult/staff testing). Testers also perform administrative duties, including but not limited to documenting all test results and notes into all required systems of record.

Will I be trained and supervised? 

Yes. COVID-19 testing must be performed to the specifications of the test kit manufacturers. You will be trained and clinically supervised in all aspects of the testing workflow to ensure success.   

What hours and days will I work?

Most schools test one day a week from the start of the school day through the lunch hour. You can work multiple days at multiple schools or just once a week but plan on shifts that begin in the morning and extend through the early afternoon.

What do you pay?

Pay starts at $25 an hour with higher rates for experienced individuals with advanced degrees.
