What does a testing program cost?
Our pricing for Rapid Antigen and PCR tests is competitive and often lower than other national labs. The total cost of a testing program is determined by the type of tests used, the frequency and quantity of weekly testing, and the staffing required for test administration, plus a one-time setup fee for software services.
Do you require testing minimums?
There is no test minimum for client self-administered tests under our ‘Train the Trainer’ model. To utilize our testers onsite in a Managed Services model, minimum test volumes may apply.
How quickly are test results processed?
Rapid Antigen tests can be processed onsite using the manufacturer analyzer with results available in ~15 minutes. PCR tests must be shipped offsite for lab processing. We work with several different PCR lab partners, most of whom have current turnaround times of 24-48 hours upon receipt of samples.
How is test frequency determined?
Our experts consult to your organization to develop an effective testing strategy. Your health and safety goals, along with your budget, are key determinants. Current literature suggests frequent, routine testing of asymptomatic individuals is the best way to identify Covid-19 cases and mitigate spread.
What if we don’t need all your testing services?
All our services can be priced individually, independent of a comprehensive program. For example, some clients may only need test kits or just staffing support. Our initial assessment is key; we want to provide the services you need for COVID-19 testing success.
Do you offer tests for individuals?
No. Our testing services are exclusively for large enterprises that require scalable diagnostic testing for COVID-19.
